From the beginning, I appreciated his straightforward, practical and efficient approach to house buying - especially since were living in Virginia at the time.   Our first day out, we viewed over 20 houses giving us a great perspective on the real estate available in our price range, as well as characteristics of neighborhoods.

While I was dead set in living in a specific area in Denver, Jonathan encouraged me to look at other neighborhoods that had the same characteristics.   We ultimately bought in a different neighborhood, which is better suited for our family.   I super appreciated this consultative approach to helping us find the perfect home.   He was great at "hearing me" with respect to my preference for a single neighborhood, but also challenging us to look at other areas.

Jonathan was also fantastic in helping us understand the dynamics of the Denver market, particularly in the areas that we were most interested.
